American Cuisine for the New Home Cook is/was my senior thesis for NYU Tisch Dept. of Photography and Imaging. The book is a satirical cook book that spends its pages poking fun at the food culture of the United States while still providing readers with delicious recipes. The book was shot, styled, designed, and written by myself, the writing being done under the pseudonym "Liam Monningham," an angry, fallen from grace chef character I developed over the development of this book.
